The Norwalk Education Foundation and Norwalk Public Schools will present “Screenagers Next Chapter: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience,” on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wall Street Theatre.

Filmmaker and physician Dr. Delaney Ruston takes the conversation around screens and teens to the next level. The film examines the science behind teen’s emotional challenges, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age.

A panel discussion will follow the film’s presentation. The panel will include Norwalk Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Alexandra Estrella and James Martinez, the Education Administrator for School Counseling and Social Services K-12.

Live Spanish interpreters will be available for the event.
